Eulalia Valldosera. The navel of the World

The work of Eulalia Valldosera is linked to the body and representation through pieces of a conceptual nature. The retrospective on her practice held in the Museo Reina Sofía is accompanied by two publications, the second of which, The Navel of the World, includes a broad selection of images, texts and documentation on works Valldosera made in 1990 and 1991 under this common heading. It is structured around notebooks containing the artist’s working notes and completed with a text by Nuria Enguita and a conversation between Enguita and Chantal Maillard.
