Ticket Offices close 30 minutes before closing time.
Visitors are kindly asked to clear the gallery 15 minutes before closing.
Palacio de Cristal would be closed on rainy or heat wave days.
Photographs may be taken without a flash, tripod, selfie stick or any other type of camera stand in all of the Museo’s sites, with the exception of places where indicated otherwise.
In line with the current regulations face masks will no longer be mandatory for visitors wishing to access the Museo Reina Sofía. However, their use is still recommended inside potentially crowded spaces and safe social distancing wherever possible is advised.
